How does the pricing work?
EventGeek's pricing is based on the number of events your company tracks during a yearly subscription period and the number of event managers on your company's subscription plan. There are also premium features and integrations, like Salesforce CRM and Concur. Please request a demo to share your requirements and get a quote.

Do you offer a monthly subscription?
Unfortunately we do not offer monthly subscriptions. Our focus is on helping companies that know they will be planning or managing events and meetings throughout the year.

What if we have less than 10 events?
If your company has less than 10 events per year, EventGeek may not be the best fit right now. Currently, we're focused on helping companies with larger event portfolios. We'd like to help companies like yours in the future, though, so please sign up for our newsletter and stay in touch!

What is the difference between an Event Manager and an Event Staffer?
Event Managers have full access to all of the events on their team, whereas Event Staff have more limited access. For a detailed breakdown of the permissions, please visit our Support Center. There's also many ways to export and share Event Lists, Briefs and Reports that don't require viewers to have an account.

Why do you charge per event, instead of charging for all users?
Per user pricing works well for a lot of software-as-a-service (SaaS), but events are different. Events require collaboration with lots of different people and teams, way more than a typical CRM or project management SaaS. Often these people may be involved in only one or two events a year, while the events team may be managing hundreds. Per user pricing doesn't fit nicely into this unique situation, so we have a hybrid model instead.

Is there a free trial?

What if the number of events or event managers that we have changes?
You can add more events or event managers anytime during the year and pay for them on a prorated basis. Just take the price per event or manager per month and multiply by the remaining number of months in the yearly subscription period. There's also tiers, so the more events you do and the bigger your team grows, the lower the price per event or manager.
